At the stage of completion, Domani will conduct a detailed walk-through with you to identify and repair any normal minor defects that might have occurred during the construction process.
Once a final walk-through of your project has been scheduled, a detailed “punch list” of any minor imperfections will be created and executed with in one week of your scheduled walk-through. With a 1 year builder’s warranty, Domani’s customer support doesn’t end after completion of your punch list. Customers can expect quarterly visits during their warranty time to ensure everything is 100% satisfactory. After completion of your initial punch list, one of the owners will be scheduling three more inspection visits at the four, eight and twelve month mark of your project warranty. Domani is always available 24/7 to address any issues with your new materials and products that may require attention sooner than later.
